1. Membership Fees
- Monthly Memberships (Silver, Gold, Platinum):
Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your membership at any time, but no partial or full refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
- Annual Memberships (if applicable):
Annual memberships are refundable within the first 30 days of purchase, provided no services have been utilized during this period. After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.
2. One-Time Services
- Retirement Business Sale Advertising:
This service is non-refundable once the advertising process has started. If the service has not yet begun, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
- Additional Recovery Days:
Fees for additional recovery days are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or delivered. If the service has not yet been scheduled, a refund request may be honored within 7 days of purchase.
3. Qualifying Refund Requests
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- An error in billing or duplicate charges.
- Service delivery issues due to errors on Succession Security's part.
- Membership cancellation due to extenuating circumstances (subject to review and approval by Succession Security).
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, please contact us at membership@successionsecurity.com or call 877-694-1232. Include your name, membership details, and the reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval and will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Refunds will not be issued for unused services or if the cancellation is initiated by the member after the service period has started.
- Termination fees may apply if a membership is canceled prior to the end of any agreed-upon term, as outlined in the Membership Agreement.
